What did I learn that increased my understanding of Manaiakalani kaupapa and pedagogy?
Using positive language. Pronouncing Maori words correctly (Appraisal Goal). Teaching children to be cybersmart- they need training, not just thrown in the deep end. DAT's from 5 years of age. Manaiakalani Pedagogy and Kaupapa, deliberately taught. * Check out the"Love U Give" link.
'Cybersmartness' must be a Whole School Approach. Learn, Create, Share covered every year- DAT. (Link to logo). Outer circle covered too. Whanau empowered too, through partnerships and 24/7 access.

What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow as a professional?
What did I learn that could be used with my learners or immediately use in my Practice?
Using an i-pad as a teaching tool, with audio. Will have to rewind and get OK with it first. Maybe for use next year.

I'm learning something new everyday.Just DOING and practising.
